1. We ARE people believe it or not.
2. If you want anything done or any answers DON'T yell at us, cuss as us, use any kind of abusive language to us, accuse us of anything other than our jobs, or try and tell us how to do our jobs.
3. Do NOT tell us that we illegally towed or cited your vehicle. WE are following the rules that YOUR property management set up for us to follow. You have a problem with them or think they are stupid whatever, take it up with them not us.
4. If we don't follow the rules from your property manager we get in trouble from them. We CANNOT bend or break the rules.
5. All we can do is tell you what company has your car, we have NO influence over the tow companies, don't beg us to get your car out.
6. We are rational beings treat us as such.'
